EIN Summer university 2016 will take place from 29.06 to 02.07.2016 in Split, Croatia and will focus on ''The Mediterranean - Geopolitics and European integration. Challenges and opportunities"

The different items for discussion in our draft agenda are: Economic policy, EU funding and Cohesion policy; Mediterranean, Adriatic and Ionian region (corridors, infrastructure); The Balkans, Goals and Policies for an enlarged European union; Demography; The threat of populism for democracy and rule of law structures; Human dignity and Bioethics; EU coordinated strategy against terrorism; Transatlantic relations. The interdependence of two continents; EU answer to Islamic State; EU- Russia. The necessary understanding of two regional and global players; Digitalisation and wealth creation; The Future of Europe; Financial and economic development in EU; Sustainability of the European economic and monetary Union; Immigration.
